DIY Electronic Organizing System

In this project, students will learn how to create an electronic organizing system using Arduino and sensors. The lesson will cover the basics of electronics, programming, and organization skills. The learning outcomes include:

• Understanding the basics of electronics and programming
• Developing organizational skills
• Creating a functional electronic organizing system

Methodology

The project will be divided into three parts:

1. Introduction to electronics and programming
2. Designing and building the organizing system
3. Testing and refining the system

Resources/Materials Required

• Arduino board
• Sensors (e.g. temperature, light, motion)
• LEDs
• Breadboard and jumper wires
• Cardboard or other materials for the organizing system
• Computer with Arduino software installed

Instructions

1. Introduce students to the basics of electronics and programming using Arduino.
2. Have students design and build an electronic organizing system using sensors and LEDs.
3. Test and refine the system to ensure it is functional and meets the desired organizational needs.
4. Have students present their systems to the class and discuss the design and functionality.
