Instructions:

Step 1: Introduction (Know)

Begin the activity by discussing the importance of understanding the human body and its systems for maintaining good health. Use visual aids such as diagrams or models to introduce the major systems of the human body (e.g., circulatory, respiratory, digestive, etc.) and their functions.

Step 2: Hands-on Exploration (Understand)
