- Whiteboard or chart paper
- Markers or chalk

Step 1: Introduction (10 minutes)
Begin the lesson by discussing the importance of handwriting in communication. Explain to students that handwriting is a skill that helps us express our thoughts and ideas on paper.
Step 2: Basic Principles of Handwriting (15 minutes)
Introduce students to the basic principles of handwriting, including:
- Proper pencil grip
- Posture while writing
- Letter formation
- Spacing between words
Use the whiteboard or chart paper to demonstrate each principle and allow students to practice along with you.
Step 3: Handwriting Practice (20 minutes)
Distribute handwriting worksheets to each student. Instruct them to practice writing letters and words using the principles they learned in the previous step.
Circulate around the classroom, providing individual guidance and support as needed.
