Instructions:
1. Begin the lesson by asking students about their understanding of personal hygiene and why it is important for maintaining good health.
2. Introduce the concept of personal hygiene and explain its significance in preventing the spread of diseases and promoting overall well-being.
3. Use visual aids and multimedia presentations to illustrate the different aspects of personal hygiene, such as oral hygiene, hand hygiene, body hygiene, and environmental hygiene.
4. Engage students in a group activity where they brainstorm and discuss the importance of each aspect of personal hygiene. Encourage them to share personal experiences or stories related to maintaining good personal hygiene.
5. Conduct a hands-on demonstration to teach proper handwashing techniques. Provide each student with a small bowl of water, soap, and a towel. Guide them through the steps of wetting their hands, applying soap, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds, rinsing, and drying.
