Instructions:

Preparation:

Activity:

  2. Randomly select a team to start the spelling bee. The first student from the team will come to the front of the class.
  3. Write a spelling word on the board. The student will have 30 seconds to spell the word correctly.

  5. Continue rotating through the teams, giving each student a chance to spell a word. Keep track of the points earned by each team on the board.
  6. If a team successfully steals a point, they get an additional bonus point.
  7. After all the words have been spelled, tally up the points and declare the winning team.
