Instructions:
Day 1:

Day 2:

Day 3:

- Engage students in a physical activity session, where they can try out different exercises and experience their benefits firsthand.
- After the physical activity session, have a class discussion on the importance of regular exercise and its impact on overall health.
Day 4:
- Review the concepts of personal hygiene, nutrition, and exercise covered in the previous lessons.
- Ask students to reflect on their own habits and identify areas where they can improve.
