Methodology:
This project will be conducted in teams of four students each. The students will participate in a series of physical challenges inspired by the popular television show, The Amazing Race. Each challenge will require the students to use their physical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork to complete.

- Outdoor space or gymnasium
- Various sports equipment (e.g., balls, cones, jump ropes)
- Printed clue cards for each challenge
- Stopwatches or timers
- Prizes for the winning team
Instructions:
1. Divide the class into teams of four students each. Assign each team a unique team name.
2. Explain to the students that they will be participating in an Amazing Race Challenge, where they will complete a series of physical challenges.
3. Hand out the clue cards to each team. Each clue card will contain a riddle or a description of the challenge they need to complete.
4. Instruct the teams to read their clue cards and discuss the challenge together. They should come up with a strategy and assign roles to each team member.
5. Once the teams are ready, start the timer and let them begin the challenge.
6. As the teams complete each challenge, they should mark their completion time on the clue card.
7. After completing all the challenges, gather the teams together and announce the winning team based on the fastest completion time.
8. Congratulate the winning team and award them with the prizes.
Activities:
1. Challenge 1: Relay Race - Set up a relay race course with cones. Each team member must run a certain distance and pass the baton to the next team member.
2. Challenge 2: Basketball Shootout - Set up a basketball hoop and provide each team with a basketball. Each team member must take turns shooting the ball into the hoop from different distances.
3. Challenge 3: Jump Rope Marathon - Provide each team with a jump rope. The team must complete a certain number of jumps without tripping or stopping.
4. Challenge 4: Soccer Dribbling - Set up a mini soccer field and provide each team with a soccer ball. Each team member must dribble the ball through a series of cones without losing control.
5. Challenge 5: Tug of War - Set up a tug of war rope and divide the teams into two groups. Each team must work together to pull the opposing team across a designated line.
