Instructions:

Instruct them to modify the meal plan to make it more balanced and nutritious. Encourage creativity and variety in their choices.
Activity 3: Nutritional Impact (5 minutes)
Show a short video or present a slideshow highlighting the impact of nutrition on physical and mental health. Discuss the consequences of poor nutrition and the benefits of a balanced diet.
Conclusion (10 minutes):
Summarize the key points discussed during the lesson and emphasize the importance of making healthy food choices. Encourage students to apply their knowledge of nutrition in their daily lives.
