Instructions:

Common Mental Health Disorders (30 minutes)

2. Divide the class into small groups and assign each group a specific mental health disorder to research. Instruct them to create a poster or infographic summarizing the disorder's symptoms, causes, and available treatments.
3. Allow time for groups to present their findings to the class. Encourage questions and discussions.
Maintaining Good Mental Health (20 minutes)
1. Facilitate a class discussion on strategies for maintaining good mental health. Encourage students to share their own experiences and ideas.
2. Provide examples such as practicing self-care, seeking support from friends and family, engaging in hobbies, and managing stress.
Reflection and Application (15 minutes)
1. Ask students to individually reflect on what they have learned about mental health and its importance.
