Instructions:
1. Begin the lesson by gathering the students in a circle and asking them about their favorite sports. Write down their responses on the whiteboard or chart paper.
2. Show the students pictures or posters of different sports, such as soccer, basketball, tennis, swimming, and gymnastics. Discuss each sport briefly, highlighting the basic rules and equipment used.
3. Divide the students into small groups and assign each group a different sport to explore.
4. Set up activity stations around the classroom or outdoor area, each dedicated to a specific sport. For example, one station could be for soccer, another for basketball, and so on.
5. Provide the necessary sports equipment at each station and explain the basic skills and drills the students can practice.
6. Allow the students to rotate through the stations, spending a designated amount of time at each one. Encourage them to try out the different activities and ask questions.
7. As the students engage in the activities, circulate among the groups, providing guidance and support as needed.
8. After the rotations, gather the students back together and have a class discussion about their experiences. Ask them to share what they enjoyed about each sport and what they found challenging.
9. Conclude the lesson by emphasizing the importance of physical fitness and exercise for overall health and well-being. Encourage the students to continue exploring different sports and staying active.

- Ask them questions about the basic rules and skills of the sports they explored
